4 all-beef hot dogs
1 package frozen onion rings, prepared
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
5 slices bacon, prepared and chopped
1/2 C. BBQ Sauce, like Head Country Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce
1/2 C. blue cheese crumbles
In a large skillet, melt butter until simmering. Add in sliced onions and caramelize until golden brown.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill hot dogs until heated through and lightly charred.
Assemble the hot dogs. Place dogs in the buns, top with caramelized onions, chopped bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and onion rings. Drizzle in BBQ Sauce.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
