10 ounces chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 C. plus 1 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp. Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, The Original, divided
1 C. gouda cheese
1 C. mozzarella cheese
1⁄4 small red onion, sliced into rings
3 Tbsp. cilantro
Preheat the oven at 500 degrees F. Coat chicken with 2 Tbsp. of the BBQ sauce. Set aside.
Press dough into a greased sheet pan. Make a pizza shape, if you like, or split into individual-sized pizzas. Brush the dough with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Spread remainder of BBQ sauce over the surface of the dough, leaving a crust around the edges. Layer on cheese, then chicken, then onion rings.
Place the pizza back in the oven. Bake until crust is crispy and cheese is bubbling, 8-10 minutes.
Remove pizzas from the oven and sprinkle with the chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
