Smoked Pulled Pork with Easy Marinade

If you choose any pulled pork recipe to be your go-to, let this one be it. Our Marinade sets off everything we love about pulled pork—the salty/sweet flavor, the tenderness, the delicious bark that forms on the outside. Our Championship Seasoning takes the flavor all the way to the bone. Make it for your next get-together, or make it a weekend cook that you parse out through the week as sandwiches, tacos, and stolen bites from the fridge.

BBQ Basics

Ingredients

3-5 pound bone-in pork shoulder (Boston or Butt)
Head Country Original Championship Seasoning
Head Country All-Purpose Marinade

Cooking Instructions

Season pork shoulder generously with Head Country Original Championship Seasoning.

Heat grill or smoker to 225 degrees F. Place pork shoulder in a foil cooking pan.

Add half a bottle of Head Country All-Purpose Marinade, being sure to shake well before adding.

Cook for 10-12 hours, or until the internal temperature is about 200 degrees F.

Remove the pork to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Add some cooking liquid back to the meat before serving. Enjoy!
