4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1/4 C. Head Country Championship Seasoning, The Original
1/4 C. white distilled vinegar
1 20oz bottle Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce
Mix vinegar, seasoning, and sauce in the insert of your favorite slow cooker.
Add chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Toss to coat in sauce mixture.
Arrange chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker insert. It's OK if they overlap. Put the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. You can also cook the chicken on high for 2-3 hours.
Remove the lid from the slow cooker. Pull chicken with two forks. Add back to sauce mixture in the slow cooker. (If desired, cooking liquids can be boiled down into a thicker sauce for coating.)
