Pulled Pork Sliders

Around here, leftover BBQ pulled pork is a rarity. When it’s on hand, though, we love it on sliders. Simply split a sheet of sweet Hawaiian rolls, stack high with pulled pork, cheese, and crispy onions, and dinner is ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

2 lbs of cooked pulled pork (check out our Pulled Pork recipe)
1 package of Sweet Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q-Sauce (we used Apple Habanero)
2/3 cup crispy onion strings
2 Tbsp. honey (optional)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

With a serrated knife, slice off the top of the Hawaiian Rolls. Set the tops aside.

Place the bottoms of the rolls in an oven-safe baking dish.

Assemble the sandwiches: Layer the pulled pork, the Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, a drizzle of honey, cheddar cheese, and finally, the crispy onion strings. Add the top of the rolls and brush with butter.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and tops just begin to brown. Use a spatula to separate the sandwiches to serve. Enjoy!
