4 strips of bacon
1 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, The Original
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground chipotle
1 tsp lime juice
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Cotija Mexican cheese
cast iron skillet
1. Mix Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, sour cream, ground cumin, ground chipotle, and lime juice. Set aside.
2. Cook bacon in cast-iron skillet, set aside.
