Our Sweet & Sticky Skillet Blue Cheese Burgers is bursting with big, bold flavors. Fry it up in your favorite cast-iron skillet, then top with with your favorite blue cheese, a brioche bun, and plenty of our Sweet & Sticky sauce. Pairs well with a big pile of thick-cut potato chips.
6 Brioche buns, sliced
3 pounds ground beef, 80/20
8 oz. high-quality blue cheese
Head Country Original Championship Seasoning
Head Country Sweet & Sticky Sauce
Form the beef into 6 half-pound patties. Season each generously with Championship Seasoning—we like our Original for these burgers.
Fry the burgers in a skillet over medium-high heat, 4 minutes per side to desired doneness.
Meanwhile, using butter and another heated skillet, toast the insides of the burger buns over medium heat.
Assemble the burgers: layer a bottom toasted bun with a burger patty. Top the patty with crumbled blue cheese; drizzle generously with Sweet & Sticky sauce. Top with a toasted top bun and serve—we love these burgers with seasoned fries and baked beans.
